Winter is too boring in order to wear simple black or gray coats, I am starting to love coats in colour. Are you with me?

When I see such coats I start thinking that world is a nice place for living, that it is happy and funny and so cheerful.
Fashion is not only a trendy word, it is the whole world with its own rules and principles, stars and enemies. This world is opened to everybody and you will for sure take your own place there. The only one BUT! If you are just a fashionista, people will admire your style and nothing more, they will never take your talents seriously and you will never become a part of fashion history; and if you are a fashion designer, people will ask what is hot this season, they will admire you and pay thousands dollars in order to visit the same café you like))) I think you feel the difference.
Fashion is not only about beautiful images, it is a lifestyle, it is a mission. And you can make this mission your life just think about fashion career and in order to think about it you have to be a fashion-addicted person. I mean it. All your school notebooks must be filled with numerous clothes illustrations and sketches, your friends and relatives must be fed up with your stories about Galliano and Dior, you should always recommend your friends how to change their boring outfits. That’s it? Then why not think about fashion design or even visual merchandising.
In the first case you’ll have fantastic opportunities to create your own clothes and even accessories, to analyze fashion trends and to set them not only follow. And in the second case you are welcome to create your own shops’ design. Namely you will decide how and where to locate this or that collection and how to place clothes in such a way them to attract people and what is more how to persuade them that these items are worth buying. This year Haute Couture Fall 2008 fashion show was bright and once again bright. I mean it. It was full of dazzling hats and neon tights, super bright dresses and high hairdos. What is more, it was fresh and new. Enjoy!

Today I would like to share with you latest photos from the amFAR event at the Cannes Film Festival 2008. I must confess, most celebs looked stunningly beautiful and really stylish. My absolute favorites are:
Mischa Barton in a black and white gown by Dior with her bold bright red lips. And my next praises go to Natalie Portman. I think, the Cannes showed us another Natalie, stylish, gentle and so beautiful.
Dita Von Teese and it turned our that she looks great in bright colours and Kerry Washington in my beloved and hot emerald green.
And then, Madonna in her extremely nice dress perfectly matching her skintone and shoes and sexy Sharon Stone.
