Parties parties parties … they are always highly-awaited and thoroughly though-over. Nobody wants to come unprepared and everybody wants to have so much fun. I would like to share with you some tips of spending fall parties in the best way possible:
Choose the right outfit. There are some themed parties or pool/outdoor parties where you have to follow dress-code rules, but there are some casual parties where you can show your creativity and become the Queen of the evening. I can recommend you to think of an elegant and at the same time casual as well as always trendy Chloè dress that you can accompany with a great Marc Jacobs satchel and Deco diamonds. This outfit will help you look stylish and hot!
It must be something not very bright (since most of the event can take place in house) and not very pale (since parties always take place in the night/evening). Just find the golden mean;
If you are going to visit an event on high-heels, don’t forget to take an extra pair of shoes. They must be lightweight and comfy!
Good luck and have a great party!
Fall brings numerous rains and other kinds of precipitations. It is always very wet in autumn but we still want to wear high heels, despite all the facts how dangerous it can be. I would like to recommend you an easy and effective way out - beautiful and simple galoshes - the City Slippers. They are perfect for high heel shoes.
What is more, such slippers offer extra traction for slippery surfaces, their sole shows the map of either New York, Paris or Tokyo. What do you think? Would you like to wear them?
Besides Galliano, my two other favourite crazy make-up looks are from Dior (left) and the Lacroix haute couture (right) show. Both redefines the upper and lower part of the eyes making their eyes look HUGE. They are in essence however, the opposite of each other. While Dior uses a sharp white base, Lacroix uses a smokey black base. Either way, I'm loving both of them. Go for the Dior look if you want to look feline and the Lacroix look for something a bit darker.
A bit more subtly, we have the smokey eyes of the Chanel haute couture (left) and the Balenciaga (right) show. Just go heavy with the eye liner and the smudging. If you do have a costume, these would be more subtle looks for you. You don't want to take away too much from the outfit now do you?
